Which school documents do we translate most often?

Is a sworn translation always required?
Not always, because some schools and universities accept their own formal rules or a non-sworn translation. However, if the document goes to an office or a university running a formal assessment, or if it is to serve an official function, the sworn version is usually required.

When using a Polish certificate abroad, the translation alone is sometimes not enough and the institution may expect additional authentication on the original — for example an apostille. The authority competent to issue such authentication depends on the type of education document, so it is worth checking before ordering the translation.
